SLAs in a big company

Hi Bob, i’m working in a big company with regional sites.
Is correct idea of defining different SLA for business unit and region?
I think that a single SLA would be complex and ungovernable. Regards

  1. Hi Pablo, you are correct! Each business unit / region has their own unique business / service needs and challenges, therefore a Service Level Agreement should reflect the unique needs and performance requirements of that segment of the business.  Remember “One size does not fit all” OR “One size fits no one well” I hope that answers your question. If not lets try again.  Bob
